After reading the results and your comments, I can see that many of you would prefer Misha and Astro to remain together, even after their respective transformations. I am not going to spoil what will ultimately happen to either of them. However, please feel free to continue exploring more specific transformation ideas in the comments.
For example:
I would like Misha to transform into a goblin, but retain his intelligence and consciousness, becoming an intelligent and aristocratic goblin woman.
Ideas like this are extremely useful because they explain not only the physical transformation, but also how you imagine the character behaving afterward.
