With the first one out of the way, it's time to get moving on to the next commission slot. Rough The basic animation is done, but since I had to go do stupid government shit for my roommate today I didn't get to work on anything else yet. Further polish to the movement tomorrow, I'll get the background characters moving (2-3 frames each at most) and make the background itself nicer. I might start the lineart tomorrow but can't make any promises yet.
If you haven't seen it - I announced today that I'm raising my prices for these loops from $300 to $500. As much as I wish I could make it work at the lower price point, I completely disregarded the impact that revisions, having to stay on model, as well as time spent networking on the side might have on how long these commissions can take. The price increase will bring with it a downgrade from 4 slots a month to 3, still make me slightly more money than before, and give me the chance to put more time and effort into these. On top of all that, I'll have a bit more time each month that I can use on an extra emergency commission, or - more likely - personal projects, like a fan animation that I'm working on for a friend you'll likely all be hearing (or, I guess, seeing) from soon. Stay tuned.
