Hey everyone!
I know I haven't been the most consistent lately, but it's about to change.
For those who don't like to read, long story short:
The Store coming before Wednesday evening, followed closely by The Vacation, then The Doll 2.
For my explanation now:
I've hit some type of a "slump".
I know the last couple of quickfires were not up to standard, with some creative mistakes (the pink condom, not keeping the lingerie...etc), and that's part of the reason why the videos are late right now.
I'm struggling to be satisfied with the scenarios; I'm not happy with the dialogue I write, I keep changing some stuff and it gets me lost.
I really, truly appreciate your kind words and support, but I'm always questioning myself, thinking what I do isn't good enough and wanting to correct what I feel is not right, and it ends up looking out of place or weird, lime a movie that's been reshot 20 times (looking at you Captain America Brave New World).
The Store, for example, has many scenes that I added to try and elevate it, but I'm afraid it's going to suck because I've had to rewrite to dialogue to fit what I changed.
Same with The Doll 2, I wanted too badly to equal the success of the previous one that I basically re-recorded the whole video to make it "better"; it might not even be, I don't know, I lack hindsight right now.
It's the reason I'm shit scared of opening my mailbox, afraid to read very unhappy messages about the state of things. I know, coward move, but that's where I'm at right now.
The silver lining though, is that I think I found my balance and confidence again for the following vids.
I took some leave from work mid April to focus 150% on videos, and you can look forward to a new Futacademy episode (A long one, with a lot of exposure) and the follow up to Cruentum (also full of new lore and crazy scenes).
There, you have it, The Store, The Vacation, The Doll 2, Futacademy and Cruentum are the videos dropping next, and the last two will be pretty long.
I truly apologize for the state of things, but you can rest assured that I found a new balance which should put back on track a steady stream of QUALITY content.
