PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT – EDEN INITIATIVE

This agreement certifies voluntary acceptance into the Eden Initiative—a confidential, closed-system study assessing human adaptability, compliance, and psychological transformation in controlled subterranean environments.
By signing, the Participant (“Subject”) agrees to the following:
1. Controlled IsolationSubject acknowledges that the Eden habitat is a fully contained space. Entry is voluntary. Exit is not.
2. Undefined DurationSubject accepts an undisclosed stay length. Only the Organization may determine release. Requests for early departure will not be considered.
3. Induced ConditionsSubject understands that environmental stimuli may include disruptive events, stress-inducing patterns, and non-standard social structures. These are integral to the study and may be designed to elicit extreme emotional or behavioral responses. These may not be predictable or avoidable.
4. Adaptive EncountersSubject agrees to face conditions or phenomena that may alter physical or mental state in permanent, non-negotiable ways. Interactions within the environment may lead to irreversible physical or mental transformations. The nature of these transformations will not be disclosed in advance. No advance details will be provided.
5. Liability WaiverSubject releases the Organization and its affiliates from all responsibility for harm, loss of self, or inability to reintegrate into outside life. This waiver is total and irreversible.
6. Observation TermsSubject’s actions, speech, and private moments will be monitored continuously. Illusions of privacy may be permitted as part of the experiment. Compliance is expected.
7. CompensationUpon verified completion of the full program cycle, Subject will receive $100,000,000 USD in a single, untraceable payment. Incomplete participation nullifies this agreement in full.
8. Final ClauseBy signing, Subject consents to all terms, forfeits all pre-existing rights within Eden, and agrees to become a living component of the experiment.
