Imagine the vast infinity of space. A galaxy sized viking style blacksmith hammering lightwaves into sharper, stronger, and brighter versions before pin-pointing your exact location, trillions of light years away, and hurling it directly at you with the force of a thousand gods. It could hit you at any time, lifting your body up into the heavens and shattering you into a million peices. All to be collected and sent back to the blacksmith where he will use your shattered mind to forge a new light wave. All of this happening within your mind, of course.
