・Added the full Doctor meeting event. (Mission system not implemented yet)
・Now getting hit looks more responsive
・Something might happen if you attack the Doctor...?
・Now you can repeat sex animation, the'd be some changes on the animation

今回の更新内容
・ドクター邂逅イベントとミッションの正式な追加（ミッションは未実装）
・ダメージを受けた際に画面が揺れ、赤く点滅します。
・ドクターに攻撃をすると…？
・敵とのＳＥＸは何度でも可能です。
・連続でＳＥＸをすると絵が若干変わります。
・HPバーのUIを変更

We planned to finish Kitchen in April but there's a bit more to be done, so we'll work hard in May!
Hopefully both Kitchen and Security room would be implemented in May!

出来れば4月中になんとかキッチンも作りたかったですが…5月に頑張ります！
