A bittersweet goodbye

Hey everyone,

I have some sad news to share with you. After much consideration, I've decided to retire from content creation. While it's been an amazing experience, and I'm grateful for all of the support and encouragement I've received from each and every one of you, it's time for me to move on to other things. 

I would also like to address the elephant in the room, of which some of you might have already heard.

While not the only reason, but certainly a huge and sudden factor that contributed to this decision was a DMCA claim that was made against some of my twitter posts last week by Epic. I'm disappointed to say that this is a really tough spot, and I'm not interested in starting a conflict with them over it, for reasons that should be clear.

Now, I don’t want to be dishonest, so let me be clear here. I’m pretty sure my decision would be the same even without the takedown. But, I have to admit, this made the choice a lot more clear-cut for me.

Unfortunately, this also means that I won't be able to finish my last animation, and I'm really sorry about that. If any of my currently active patrons wants to get a refund, just let me know in a private message and will get on to arrange it.

Knowing all this, it would be a real shame if someone got a hold to my archive with all of my animations and started sharing them all over the internet, so be sure not to do that...

With all that out of the way, I want to express my gratitude to all of my Patrons for their support and encouragement over the years. You have all played a crucial role in my journey, and I am grateful for each and every one of you. Your contributions have meant the world to me, and I hope that my animation have brought you plenty of entertainment :)
