Hello,As you know, Patreon added a new billing system a while ago which is subscription based, means that if someone pledge for example during june 26th, they will have to pay again for july 26th if they keep their subscription. However, I am still in the old billing system, means that when you pledge for example during june 26th, you will have to pay again the 1st day of each months, means that your next payment will be for july 1st, and not july 26th, if ofc you are still pledging. The issue is that when pausing the billing with the new system, new members are locked out of pledge, means that they can't join a page that is paused. (which is stupid btw but whatever)The old system still allow new members to join even if a page is paused. I feel I will probably not be able to pause my page as much as I used to do with the new system. However, I often have to refund patrons that pledged too late (generally at the end of a month) despite writting in bold what will happen if they do that, or some new members can feel being wrongly charged twice especially if they didn't read before pledging.Since this concerns you in general, I'm doing a poll so you can vote for which system you think would be better. I did this last year and you wanted to stay on the current billing system.Be aware that changing billing system would be definitive, and it's not possible to go back.
