Finished Uro from Jjk. I swear characters with dark sclera are peak. Reminds me of the reanimation jutsu from Naruto.
The wind effect was the hardest part to figure out because of the white background. It would've been easy to just distort anything underneath, but as there's just white everywhere, I had to show the presence of air in another way. Also almost forgot that she has bracelets and a choker.
Side note: I'm quite surprised Lupa actually won the poll.. I'm kinda excited to draw her
