DESCRIPTION
Not every planet in the Outer Rim is civilized. Some freshly colonized, yet barren places have barely finished terraforming and are far enough from civilization to be preferred hiding spots for outlaws. It's also where you'll encounter particularly rough individuals who specialize in catching these criminals to drag them to the nearest settlement for a juicy bounty.
Should you ever encounter one of these bounty hunters you better be sure you're not in a "Wanted" database. Also be polite. Maybe they'll share a campfire and a can of aerogel beans with you.
