New WIP/Sketches folder

Created a folder for unfinished/abandoned works in progress. You can find them HEREIf you'd ever like to commission me to finish one of these, I can do that (at a slight discount, too!). These aren't YCH things tho, so please don't assume I can just re-draw them for your ocs. You do get priority in the queue if you want to commission these, though.
