DESCRIPTION

This week I've been doing a lot of video editing, and I like to think that I'm doing it faster. Last week's vlog took two days of work, but I managed to do this week's one in one day (cool).

I went to a Medieval Restaurant in Bucharest, which was kind of iconically bad. The servers were dressed in medieval-esque garb and there were lots of imitations of famous paintings from different time periods all around the place. They also sold restaurant-branded candles and some medieval-y chess sets, which I can't fully understand, but I do think more restaurants should have a merch shop. Just so I can enjoy perusing the goods.

In ankle news, I had a day of slight extra soreness, but fortunately now I'm still seeing lots of improvement. I'm gonna try to gently walk on it a bit more and hopefully soon I'll be able to take real ten minute walks again. Right now I try to stick to just an occasional five minute venture. I can see the ability to truly walk returning to me soon, and I need to build up my stamina again because after a good three weeks fully sedentary it's oddly exhausting to walk for five minutes!

In other news I've been enjoying some Media. I started playing Final Fantasy VII in German. It's always cool to know so many lines of dialogue so well that I can figure out what's being said easily even when I don't recognise all the German words. Very cool. And as of writing I'm about halfway through Rise of Gru, a movie I've been meaning to watch as a minionhead for months. Finally, I will discover how Gru rose.

Have a sweet week!

All the best, Lillyxoxo

p.s. I mentioned my upcoming plum-based animation last week, but I realised it was going to take longer than expected, so I made a different animation and will keep working on the plum video. Look forward to this plum content sometime soon!
