This week I have been reading more of The Book of Yokai by Michael Dylan Foster, and enjoying the beautiful creatures within. There are so many of them, I could read about them every day forever, probably. I drew a few cool ones here. I need to see a movie about the Amabiko, a three-legged ape guy. He could get in to so much trouble 😈
ART and PROJECT wise, I've been writing the script for my next video, which is about a really strange amateur Anne Frank movie (yes). It's been quite some time since I've written a video script, so it felt a little bit odd, but I'm really excited about this one. Gonna start the video production proper today!
I also got a Supernote A6 X, a very nifty little e-ink drawing tablet, which Supernote very kindly sent to me after I emailed them asking them to please give me one immediately (sometimes you can just do this if you have 'Instagram followers' which are like a kind of game token). I've been wondering if someone would make e-ink tablets for drawing on for YEARS and so I am so thrilled to have one in my own goblin hands, and I'm gonna be doodling a lot on that thing. So excited. I am a big e-ink fan, it fascinates me. I think it's really fun to have a greyscale limitation. I can only draw in four different shades of grey on there, I love it.

Something I got very distracted with for a while this week was Neocities. I love old web stuff, and have been so enamoured with this amazing Baroque info site, that when I saw some offhand mention of Neocities somewhere a few days ago I got sucked into spending hours trying to build a website. It's empty and broken right now, but I do plan on doing something fun with this. I'm not sure what, yet, but having a website like this is really fun.

I've also been playing a lot of noted 2018 video game 'Spider-man'. I like collecting the backpacks. I like killing goons. I have drawn a spider type of man to illustrate this. By next week I will have killed so many goons.
