Eastern Time (EDT): April 23, 12:00 PM
Coordinated Universal Time (UTC): April 23, 4:00 PM
It will be released first to the highest supporter tier, and then unlocked sequentially for other tiers with a time gap.
The release was planned earlier, but several bugs were discovered during testing, and time was spent resolving them, so the schedule could not be moved forward. I appreciate your patience and understanding. 🙂
