Characters are from a video game, Rabi-Ribi. The cat girl being punished is a bomb maker and seller along the main story in the game. The player, the blue hair bunny girl behind the broker wall, can purchase powerful explosive from her, and if use them in town, all NPCs will take huge damage and background buildings will gone... However, the town mayor seems didn't know who exactly caused the mess up.
