"Sorry for dropping in, nyaa."

Kuroka sat comfortably at the long dining table, casually helping herself to a piece of salted grilled fish. The morning sunlight streamed through the open shoji doors of the Kuoh Shrine, carrying the crisp, cool morning breeze that ruffled her long black hair.

Why was she so entirely relaxed while surrounded by high-class Devils and heavily armed Exorcists?

Because Finn had calmly raised a hand, instructing everyone to stand down and let the stray Nekomata eat her breakfast.

"So, before we continue," Finn asked lazily, taking a sip of his dark coffee. "Do you happen to have some sort of insurance chip? Something that gave you the absolute confidence you could walk into my home without instantly dying?"

Finn wasn't even angry that she had trespassed; he was genuinely curious. Breaching his territory was no small feat. He had layered the shrine with ancient Feng Shui formations, top-tier mythical bounded fields, and Azazel's most advanced surveillance technology. It was, without a doubt, the single safest fortress in all of Japan. If the entire island sank into the ocean right now, this shrine would miraculously stay afloat.

Yet somehow, this naughty, impossibly agile black cat had slipped right through the cracks. Finn wasn't overly surprised—there were always unreasonable, logic-defying creatures in this world. Even with his recent massive power leaps, including acquiring his own Longinus, the Canis Lycaon, the supernatural world remained wildly unpredictable.

She's good, Finn thought, carefully analyzing her relaxed posture.

Finn had to admit, he had a soft spot for genuine talent. He was already calculating the logistics of pulling Kuroka into his peerage, despite her SS-Class criminal status. For someone with his level of influence, absorbing a stray criminal was easy. He had more than enough political leverage to wipe her slate clean.

"Are you saying my body isn't enough insurance, nyaa?"

Kuroka pouted playfully. She leaned across the low wooden table, letting the soft, black silk of her loosely tied yukata slip dangerously down her shoulder. The fabric pooled around her waist, completely exposing the deep, heavy valley of her chest. The faint, intoxicating scent of wild feline musk and morning dew drifted across the table. For a brief, agonizing second, the soft, rosy pink peak of her breast peeked out from the shifting silk.

"I don't need a slut," Finn replied flatly, taking another sip of coffee.

"I am not a slut, nyaa!"

Kuroka bristled instantly, her cat ears flattening against her head in genuine offense. The accusation struck a major nerve.

"My body is completely pure, nyaa! I've never slept with anyone! You can check for yourself right now!"

Refusing to let her honor be tarnished, Kuroka aggressively shifted her weight on the tatami mats. Right there on the dining room floor, she dropped into a wide, completely shameless M-position, spreading her smooth, pale thighs. Her hands grabbed the hem of her yukata, fully intending to hike it up and expose her pristine, untouched slit to the entire room just to prove her virginity.

"Stop! Stop! STOP!"

The screech of sliding chairs echoed loudly. Akeno, Xenovia, and Asia lunged forward in absolute, uncoordinated panic, dog-piling the Nekomata to pin her arms down before she could flash Finn her absolute territory.

"Is there a guest, Finn-sama?"

The soft, elegant voice cut through the chaotic scrambling.

The sliding doors opened, revealing Ravel Phenex. Followed by a retinue of silent maids, Ravel stepped into the dining room. Despite her sleepy, half-lidded golden eyes and the lingering scent of sweet rose bath oil clinging to her skin, her appearance was utterly flawless. Her signature blonde, drill-like twintails were perfectly styled—a meticulous effort she made simply because she knew exactly how much Finn loved pulling gently on them.

"It's nothing serious," Finn replied, picking up his chopsticks. "Just an infamous Underworld criminal breaking in for breakfast."

"Oh." Ravel nodded slowly, rubbing her eye. Then her brain finally processed his words. Her sleepy eyes snapped wide open. "What?!"

Kuroka, currently pinned beneath Xenovia's muscular thighs, looked up at Ravel.

As the two locked eyes, the air in the room suddenly grew heavy. It was a bizarre, primal tension. The elegant, fiery bird of the Phenex house staring down the sly, street-smart stray cat. A natural rivalry instantly ignited.

But with Finn sitting at the head of the table, neither dared to make a hostile move. Kuroka finally stopped struggling and let her playful demeanor drop, turning completely serious.

"I came here to warn you," Kuroka said, her voice dropping the playful purr. "The peace summit you are attending later tonight? It's going to be ambushed by a massive terrorist organization known as the Khaos Brigade, nyaa."

"Khaos Brigade?"

The girls exchanged confused, wary glances.

"I have never heard that name in high society," Ravel stated, crossing her arms skeptically.

Kuroka rolled her golden eyes. "Of course you haven't. They operate in the shadows. But their ranks are monstrous, nyaa. They've gathered the Old Satan Faction, rogue Devils who despise the current Maou government, the Hero Faction you fought in Hong Kong, and stray humans wielding dangerous Sacred Gears. They even have a faction of lunatic Magicians who will do anything to uncover the 'truth' of the world."

"And your specific team?" Finn asked smoothly.

"My team is part of it, though I don't plan to participate in the ambush, nyaa. Our heavy hitters include Bikou, the direct descendant of Sun Wukong; Arthur Pendragon, the wielder of the Holy King's Sword; and Vali, the White Dragon Emperor. The rest are small fry you wouldn't even bat an eye at."

"The Old Satan Faction?!" Ravel gasped. "The Hero Faction is back?!" Xenovia tightened her grip on her sword. "Rogue Magicians too?" Akeno frowned, the air around her practically crackling with static electricity.

The entire room was completely dumbfounded by the sheer scale of the revelation. They all turned to Finn, expecting him to look worried, or perhaps immediately call Sirzechs and Azazel to fortify the summit's defenses.

Instead, Finn took a slow bite of his rice, chewed thoughtfully, and looked at Kuroka.

"How big are their numbers?"

"....."

The room fell dead silent.

"Er..." Kuroka blinked, completely thrown off by his utter lack of panic. "I don't... exactly know?"

"Kuroka," Finn leaned forward, resting his chin on his interlaced fingers. "Do you want to clear your criminal status?"

Kuroka's breath hitched. Her heart hammered wildly against her ribs.

"Let me be perfectly clear," Finn continued, his deep voice carrying an intoxicating, commanding weight. "I mean, erasing your bounty entirely. Allowing you to live freely, walk in the sunlight without fear of execution, and finally giving your little sister the chance to look at you with admiration instead of hatred."

"...Can you really do that, nyaa?"

Kuroka's chest heaved, her sharp nails digging into the tatami mat. Part of her was desperate to believe him, but centuries on the run had made her incredibly suspicious. Why would this terrifying anomaly offer her salvation?

"It would be impossible for anyone else," Finn stated matter-of-factly. "But I have the absolute backing of all Four Satans and the Great King, Zekram Bael. With a single phone call, I can fabricate a flawless narrative. I'll say you 'betrayed' your previous king under deep-cover orders from the current government to infiltrate the Khaos Brigade. We will retroactively brand your old, dead master as a traitor conspiring with the Old Satan Faction. You won't be a criminal; you'll be a tragic, misunderstood hero."

"What... what do you want from me in return, nyaa?"

"Do you doubt my ability to pull it off?" Finn asked, a dark, confident smirk playing on his lips.

"No, nyaa. I don't," Kuroka swallowed hard. "I've already fallen as low as a devil can go. You are dangling absolute salvation in front of me. Why would I ever refuse?"

What was the worst that could happen? Death? She had narrowly escaped execution a dozen times already. Cats supposedly had nine lives, and she was perfectly willing to bet her remaining ones on the man sitting before her. More than that, staring at his commanding, unshakeable presence, her feline instincts flared wildly. She desperately wanted him as her mate. She wanted to bear a powerful kitten with his terrifying genes.

"So, what is the job?" Kuroka asked, fully submitting to his authority.

"I need you to go back," Finn said, his eyes darkening with absolute, predatory calculation. "And I want you to bring as many people from the Khaos Brigade as physically possible to the Kuoh peace summit tonight."

"...Why do you want more enemies there, nyaa?" Kuroka asked, shivering as the temperature in the room seemed to drop.

"Well," Finn smiled lazily, a terrifying glint in his eye. "Do you really want to know?"

"...."

Everyone in the dining room gulped, simultaneously realizing that the terrorists of the Khaos Brigade were about to walk into an absolute slaughterhouse.
