".........."

For a long, breathtaking moment, absolutely no one could speak.

A profound, resonant hum—like the tolling of a massive, divine bell—echoed across the blood-stained courtyard of Kuoh Academy, signaling to the world that the abominations had been completely eradicated.

Hovering gracefully in the center of the cleared battlefield was the angelic figure of Akeno Himejima. She slowly lowered her hands from her prayer, her twelve brilliant, pure-white wings gently flapping to keep her suspended in mid-air.

The heavy, metallic stench of the slaughtered Khaos Brigade was completely washed away by the intoxicating, sweet scent of blooming lilies and vanilla radiating from her skin. The intense heat of the spell had left Akeno flushed a deep, beautiful pink. Her breathing was heavy and ragged, her chest heaving dramatically, which caused the sweat-drenched, clinging silk of her miko outfit to perfectly mold against the lush, heavy swell of her breasts and the wide, sensual curve of her hips.

She looked flawlessly divine, yet utterly, sinfully lewd.

"Akeno-san..."

Down in the crimson barrier, Asia clasped her hands together in prayer. Tears of absolute, overwhelming reverence streamed down her flushed cheeks as she stared up at her fellow sister-in-arms.

She wasn't the only one crying.

Whether it was the pure Angels of Heaven or the Fallen Angels of the Grigori—Michael, Azazel, and Baraqiel—all of them shed silent tears, their eyes glued to the ultimate miracle Akeno had just performed.

Kyrie Eleison. Lord, have mercy.

To watch a prayer traditionally used to beg for divine compassion be weaponized to absolutely disintegrate heretics was terrifying. But the true shock ran much deeper. For beings born from the Biblical God, watching Akeno—a hybrid child of a Fallen Angel—purify herself of her inherent sins and evolve into a twelve-winged Archangel was a theological impossibility.

The Angels wept in awe. The Fallen Angels, who still harbored a deeply buried love for their deceased Creator, stared in profound, trembling hope.

Could a Fallen Angel truly be redeemed? Could they become pure Angels once again?

While the heavenly beings wrestled with their renewed faith, the Devils—Sirzechs, Serafall, Grayfia, Rias, and Sona—felt a terrifying, instinctual chill crawl straight up their spines.

As creatures of the Underworld, their absolute, fundamental weakness was Holy Light. Seeing Akeno effortlessly weaponize the highest tier of divine wrath made their blood run cold. If Akeno had aimed that prayer at any of them, they would have been erased just as effortlessly as the Jabberwocky.

Even Katarea, who was the enemy of everyone, stuck to Serafall closer, as she watched the aftermath of Akeno's prayer in horror.

If there was a single, saving grace to the apocalyptic spell, it was that the chant was incredibly long, and far more importantly... Akeno was hopelessly, madly in love with Finn Balam.

"Really..." Sirzechs muttered, completely at a loss, rubbing the back of his neck. "How does he manage to cultivate monsters like this...?"

Was Finn simply the greatest master in the history of the supernatural world?

"Yes! I absolutely have to cast her as a villain-turned-hero on my Magical Girl show!" Serafall suddenly cheered, her bubbly demeanor completely shattering the solemn tension. She pumped a fist into the air, her massive, heavy chest bouncing violently with the motion.

"..........."

Everyone simply stared at her in deadpan silence. Fortunately, Serafall was as delightfully inappropriate as ever.

Despite the comedic relief, the Devils wisely noted that they needed to stay on Akeno's good side. Her holy aura was intoxicatingly attractive, drawing the eye like a moth to a flame, but the resulting piles of ash were a stark reminder to keep their distance.

Meanwhile, on the fringes of the battlefield...

"Scary! Scary! So freaking scary!"

Bikou screamed, snapping out of his terrified daze. The towering Anti-Monsters that had threatened to crush the entire city just moments ago had been disintegrated like cheap tissue paper!

Never, ever piss off Onee-san, Bikou swore to himself, gripping his legendary staff tightly.

His body was incredibly durable—partially composed of mystical stone as the direct descendant of Sun Wukong. That peerless durability was exactly what allowed him to go toe-to-toe with Heracles, the colossal powerhouse of the Hero Faction.

Their fight had been a chaotic stalemate. Heracles was undoubtedly physically stronger and possessed the terrifying Sacred Gear, Variant Detonation, which triggered a devastating, explosive blast upon impact with anything he touched.

But Bikou was the Monkey King's heir. He was infinitely more agile, flipping and vaulting through the air in wildly unpredictable trajectories.

"It's useless! Your attacks are useless against me!" Heracles roared, deflecting another heavy blow from the monkey's staff.

"You look like you're in a lot of pain, though!" Bikou teased with a feral grin.

".........."

Heracles gritted his teeth, refusing to admit it. Bikou's strikes were incredibly heavy. The monkey coated his staff in Touki—the dense, external manifestation of his life force—making every hit feel like a sledgehammer to the ribs.

If their duel dragged on, Bikou knew he would inevitably win. Heracles simply couldn't land a clean hit on him. Furthermore, thanks to Senjutsu, Bikou could continuously siphon ambient energy from the earth to replenish his stamina. When Heracles eventually ran out of gas, Bikou would crush him.

Whenever Heracles swung a devastating Variant Detonation punch, Bikou simply vaulted out of the blast radius, letting the explosion uselessly scorch the concrete.

"Hey, muscle-head!" Bikou taunted, flipping backward and pointing his staff toward the sky where Akeno hovered. "Can you defend against Onee-san's attack?"

Bikou deliberately used the highly respectful "Onee-san" to address Akeno. He didn't want the Thunder Queen thinking he was disrespecting her. As a descendant of Sun Wukong—a legendary figure famously tormented by a monk's holy prayers—Bikou had developed a very rational phobia of chanting clerics.

"Your Sacred Gear just makes flashy little explosions. Even if you have the blood of Heracles, is your body tougher than those 200-meter behemoths she just erased?" Bikou mocked, his tail swishing behind him.

Heracles didn't respond. Strangely enough, he couldn't find the words to refute the monkey.

He knew exactly how weak he was in the grand scheme of things. Watching Akeno recite that prayer had filled his soul with an utter, paralyzing horror. If Akeno had simply glanced in his direction, he would already be ash.

She is just like Cao Cao, Heracles realized.

Why did a brash, straightforward brawler like Heracles follow a calculating leader like Cao Cao? Because Cao Cao possessed an overwhelming, suffocating power and charisma that demanded absolute loyalty. Yet, in the face of Akeno's divine wrath, Heracles knew even his legendary ancestor couldn't have tanked that hit. He certainly couldn't beat Leonardo's Annihilation Maker, and Akeno had just vaporized those creations like dust.

Still, Heracles was a member of the Hero Faction. He would not die cowering!

"RRRRAAAAAAAAGH!"

All of a sudden, an immense, suicidal aura erupted from Heracles's massive frame. The scent of burnt ozone and scorching concrete flooded the air as his muscles violently expanded.

"Detonation Mighty Comet!"

With a guttural roar, the Sacred Gear on his body morphed. His aura violently condensed into a multitude of massive, glowing missile-like projectiles hovering over his shoulders, locking onto Bikou with automatic tracking and devastating explosive payloads!

"........." Bikou's eyes widened, his mocking grin vanishing.

"I know perfectly well I can't defeat her! I know I'm going to die on this battlefield!" Heracles screamed, blood dripping from his nose as he burned the very last drops of his life force. "But Cao Cao is right! We cannot let that nightmare demon fully awaken in this world! SO SCRAM, YOU FILTHY MONKEY!"

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!

The tracking missiles launched with a blinding flash of light, streaking directly toward Bikou and triggering a chain reaction of gigantic, earth-shattering explosions that ripped the courtyard apart!

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!

The shockwaves violently rattled the barrier protecting the leaders. Through the thick smoke, the smell of burnt flesh, and the roaring flames, the desperate, chaotic vanguard battle had forcefully reignited!
