Tomorrow Relicts of Aeson v0.24 will be released. It adds two new scenes with 22 animated drawings!
Ariana is about to face the living vines blocking the old mine entrance… and try to tame them.
They won’t give up the path without demanding something in return.
Things will escalate rather quickly during her attempts to tame them ;-)
You can find the blocked mine in the north east of the recently added farm-area (leave the village to the north, where you are usually heading to the orgy hall)

In parallel, we are working on the starting zones.
A new city area will be added, designed to feel more urban than the village. The orgy hall will be relocated to this city. Ariana will infiltrate it by disguising herself as a soldier.
The GRAND Inquisitor will hold a short speech there, introducing the player to the overarching story.
This speech will be presented through cutscene-style illustrations that are currently in the making.The idea is that Ariana is standing in the second row of soldiers, listening to the Inquisitor’s speech.
These cutscene-style illustrations will use a different art style than the rest of the drawings in the game to make them stand out more.
Some of them are already in the game, for example during the start of the Necromancer quest. We’ve also prepared a few to create a small intro for the game.
I’m not sure if we’ve shared them here before, so here’s one of the intro illustrations to give you an idea of the art style.
