Though this may not be anatomically perfect, I attempted to design it from many references!
This one tested fairly easy, but I worked on joint angles and sizing to get it to print smoothly and with little supports. What supports are shown pop off easily.

The fingers are strong enough for everyday use while remaining visually delicate, if you find you want it stronger, you can increase infill.
