During the February Subclass Poll a troublesome situation arose: 2nd Place was tied between Stormbender Warden and Death Knight Spellblade. Seeing this impending disaster, friend and fellow creator somanyrobots has decided to rise to the occasion and save the voters from themselves by taking matters into hand himself and creating the DOOMBEARER for you, the forbidden 2nd 2nd place winner of the February poll!
Somanyrobots is a fellow creator, an editor on my books, and a moderator over on the Discord. They are one of the folks that has a spot on the Compiled Homebrew List, and they are uniquely qualified to tackle a Death-Adjacent Spellblade, as they've been working on an entire Necromancer class and the requisite bevy of dark magic it requires!

As you may notice, it utilizes some of the Necromancer-adjacent magic I mentioned in its spell list. While I will include those spells in the Playtest Packet, those spells and a vast array of such sinister magic can be found in somanyrobot's So Many Spells here.
I've mentioned their Necromancer a few times, and it's only their latest class. Their Necromancer (+3 more classes!) can be found on their website here!
