A step by step:
I kept screenshot and photos while making a panel, the workflow for this one isn't representative of what I used to do all the episode, but I thought it was interesting to share the making-of of this one.
1. Rough sketch (blue pencil)

2. Inking (ballpen)
3. Scan, clean and smooth lines (Sane, Krita, Gmic)
4. Precolor (Krita, preset: i)_Wet_Paint )
5. Changes during beta-testing with feedback
6. Detailing pass ( in fact; it's a pass not really about "detail", but about a better and deeper shading, details are added on the way ).
7. Final: post corrections and Fx (using Layer Effet 'glow' and layers with blending modes)
A new video tutoriel: Rain Effect
Last week I produced a 8min video tutorial about how to make a rain effect in Krita. You can find it on my Youtube channel or on libre alternative Peertube.

That's all! I'm back to my stylus because I still have around 30 hours of work to detail and shade the last pages of episode 25.
Next week, I'll certainly write about the Krita Sprint and show more making-of about episode 25. I'm also planning a video tutorial about this dark cloud of energy and particles in Krita but that will certainly be after the release of episode 25. Have a good start of week!
