Hey there everybody. Once again, thank you a million times over for your support. The Q and A video is being worked on right now and will be done in the next week and a bit, the executive producer feedback has been addressed, and the next Caddicarus video will be available for patrons by tonight earliest, tomorrow latest!
With that being said, I can't ignore the elephant in the room. Whatever your personal experiences or opinions are about the situation, the world is facing a global pandemic over COVID-19. Before I say anything else, I just wanted to put on the table that if ANY of you need all the money you can get, PLEASE don't feel like you need to stay as a patron. There are plenty of other people in worse situations than me, and if the Patreon Discord chat is anything to go by, we ALL have our own shit going on in every country you can imagine. At least we can still work from home, whatever happens outside. So yes - again - if you need the money? PLEASE don't feel guilty or obliged to stay. Videos will keep getting made as much as I can pheasibly do it.
Despite this though, I also need to be open with what's happening our end - and I need to apologise MASSIVELY for all the posts I've made about what I plan to do to make up for mistakes or delays from my last few videos. Obviously, as much as I planned to get 2 videos done this month for the credits/shout outs for last month's pledges - with the totally out-of-nowhere virus panic, at the moment it may only look like 1. I can't believe it honestly, it's totally out of our control! I'm still trying desperately to make it 2, but I'd rather give you all a video I'm proud of than something rushed for the sake of it. Our family are all healthy at the moment and doing well, but my mum is a high risk case with her kidneys and immune system being practically destroyed (while she's moving house as well, poor thing), schools in the UK are STILL open meaning the kids are bringing home GOD knows what bugs from the hundreds of other kids and adults at the school, and I'm sure you've seen from my Twitter and Instagram posts that we can barely find any damn food at a reasonable price at ANY supermarket in our city. No flour, eggs, milk, bread, meat, nothing. Not including toilet roll and handwash either. It's almost funny, but then again, it isn't. People suck, and I hope to GOD you're all keeping safe and healthy. Karma will get these hoarders, I'm sure.
Because of all of this and what we're keeping busy with to help the family, this may see more delays than usual, and I can't apologise enough for it. More importantly though, I really do hope you are all looking after yourselves. I'm always around for a chat/message if you need another human to rant to about other humans. Love you all, keep safe <3
