So, my plan with Domina was always to cover as many femdom-related fetishes as I can, which included extreme ones like scat and gore. This comes from a desire to please a wide and diverse audience, but also from personal interests in these kinks. For example, some kinks that could technically be included under the femdom umbrella if written accordingly include stuff like futas, beast girls, diapers, etc which can be popular but I unfortunately don't have a personal interest in so I don't plan to ever include. Even so, the fetish selection is wide, and the game covers kinks that are not very common to see in other porn games. I understand that this has drawn a large audience that is persistently looking for extreme kinks like toilet slavery (most common poll winner).
With the remake, I want to embrace the extreme nature of the game further. I want some of these scenes to blend naturally with the rest of the game, in dialogue or combat moves, and not be limited to skippable sex scenes that feel non-cannon because they are almost never mentioned outside of said scenes (this is done so people who aren't into them don't get exposed to them without their will). However, I don't want to alienate fans who are not into this sort of stuff. Furthermore, platforms like Patreon or Steam (or even Discord) will definitely not like me posting stuff like this; especially some of the 4orced stuff will immediately trigger their ToS.
I am thus fully embracing the plan of having a standard Domina version that will be uploaded to platforms like Patreon or Steam, and an "Extreme" version that will only be shared through other means. I have decided to maintain 2 different versions of the game instead of just having an "Extreme Patch" you can install on top of the base files, solely because a patch won't be able to be used on an Android .apk and thus I will need to be building 2 separate and unique .apk's anyway.
I have also taken the opportunity to create fetish toggles. In the images of this post I am showing the starting screen you will get after starting a new game, in which you will be able to enable/disable kinks you like/dislike. The images are from the Extreme Version; in the Standard Version, anything below (and including) Toilet - Scat will be invisible and disabled by default. You will also be able to enable/disable these toggles from the Settings mid-playthrough.
I think this is the best way forward. It allows me to go as wild as I want, while still keeping the base game accessible for less freaky fans.
In other news, I am considering a release that only includes Katrina, Madeline and Narcissa, so we can have something playable earlier. While ~90% of my work for up to Rosita is done, the artwork still isn't and it is out of my control. I will keep you updated. That's all for now, thank you for the read!
