so the the UK are changing how people find videos on YouTube. Apparently they are prioritizing putting news and videos from the BBC and other more known outlets on people's feeds rather than showing them what they want to see.
I dont know how these new rules will affect my American audience but it will affect my UK audience. I wanted to let you know to start searching by name your favorite creators more often, click on their videos in your youtube feed when you can if you see them, even if you only watch 30 secs for 45 secs and search again for it later. Just to keep your faves in your algorithm the best you can.
If you dont see your favorite creators for a while, they probably haven't stopped creating. Your feeds are just being altered. I don't know when it is coming into play. I believe that youtube has a 'Keep Youtube yours' Petition in your studio or a little highlighted thing at the top. If you wanted to sign and leave feedback.
It will ASMR channels that will be affected the most. It always is.
