I watched the original Ranma 1/2 and its movies many years ago and thought it was pretty fun. I am enjoying the recent remake a whole lot more though! The problematic shit from yesteryear is turned pretty much all the way down and Soun Tendo got a thicker mustache, lol! Even watching the remake now, I can't help but wonder if the real reason Genma Saotome came to live at the Tendo dojo with his son was less to get the kids married, and more because he needed a guise to start living with his old boyfriend again! For those who don't know: Genma turns from middle-aged dad into a big fat panda when he touches cold water, then back into a guy when it's warm or hot water. He fully retains his mind and fighting abilities.
OH! And Genma's sign says: "No Way"
