Fixed issues causing mod and panel malfunction after game update

Rolled back the mod version to 1.4 and performed the fix (Version 1.5 was a temporary version and has become invalid after the EFMI update).

Since this is only a temporary fix, it may cause bugs with some other items. If you encounter such issues and find them unacceptable, please refrain from using it;
I am aware that the efmi team is exploring fixes by modifying DLL files. Therefore, if future efmi updates cause this v1.5 version of the mod to stop working, please revert to using version v1.4.
