TLDR: Bunny Kiri nearly done just needs audio. Yomiya work in progress, sometime early February most likely. And some other rambling thoughts.
And I mean to post more often (like with this very post).
..and is it jarring to see both artstyles? But doesn't matter, that is part of the charm and novelty if you ask me. This is me, I like BOTH. And I'll keep doing both.

If there's something I really mean to change this year, is to not keep you guys out in the cold for too long. In the past, I had a bit of "purism" you could say, plus laziness, avoidance.. whatever, all of that mixed together to then justify only posting when I had something "concrete" ie a finished animation, and then if that takes forever..? Yeah, not great for business let's be honest.So even though I'm nearing completion on Bunny Kiri for instance, just getting the audio done now, might as well let you guys know, regardless if the post will be soon or later. (hopefully soon tho!)As for Yoimiya, well I'd have loved to capitalize on the new years timing but screw it, more time needed to make something nicer. Making an animation in 2-3 days plus rendering was.. an interesting notion, and the sort of exercise I do need to make to not allow myself to drag on forever, but I did not like how much I was leaving on the table. Now of course, I do mean to finish this as soon as I can, February definitely needs its own animation (TBD).On that note what will likely end up happening anyway, is the Yoimiya animation finishes sometime in early February, release it during that month, then continue work on what's next only for it to release in March.And heck let's be honest here, Bunny Kiri is an artifact of my very flawed way of working in the past, easter animation? shit's more aligned with easter this year than the past but, y'know, it is what it is.
ps: I'm just overthinking out loud here.. but I do wonder if it's kinda jarring for you to see both artstyles in this post's picture? I know some may only be into one or the other.
But alas. I am into BOTH. And quite enjoy it, so. This is me, I do both. And will continue to do so. Let me be me, and have my own specific appeal, doing it all. And I think it's pretty cool in all honesty. It won't please everyone, but I knew from the start I do what I do cause I wanted to see it this specific way, may it resonate with those who also share my taste.
Anyhow. Thank you for your patience and support as always my good fellows. I don't really enjoy telling so much as showing, if you'd believe me. Not a fan of "I'll change and blabla" and more so showing, but being more active is needed, even if this time, it is in this form of "telling" I guess, and I'll show the results, as I always have, when they're ready. But again, no need to leave you out in the cold for so long eh? That's just mean. Be back in a bit.
