I can't tell you the full story in this review but all I can say is it's alright. My problem is the way they handled the story. This is a roguelite game. So you had to get the room with the lore book to get the lore. It's a bit hard to get story that way because of how random the rooms can be. It can either be a monster room, an event, or a trap room. The rooms has too many possibilities to become something else than a lore room. Hence why throughout these 6 hours, I only managed to scrape the surface. But that's fine though. The game isn't really about the lore because it was always has been the gameplay. 7/10⭐Animation and Artstyle:On H-scenes, its serviceable. For a good fap, I think you'll enjoy it because of how well drawn it is albeit using pixel art. On combat, this is where it shines. The magic specials shows how greatly animated this game is. Even the enemy attacks too. Their attacks are solid too. If you see how it works, You'll like it. The artstyle on the other hand is a 75/25 for me. Some of the designs and artstyle on other enemies are just reskins and even some of the H-scenes too. I don't like reskins on games but this is fine. I feel like this is more tame than any other games that uses reskins on enemies. 8/10✨Music and Sound Design:The music is good and each area soundtracks sounds nice. It's melancholic and adventurous. The atmosphere that the music gives is majestic. I love it. Meanwhile sound design is just good. I mean the moans are okay, I think it shines on bosses. The bosses does gives like pretty cool sound design like library boss when she does her laser attack or the ice boss when she does her booba moan attack. Those were sick. But yeah overall I like it. 8/10✨Gameplay:Now this is the bread and butter of the game. The combat and roguelite elements of the game is very addicting. The way it works is you enter the dungeons by cleansing off the money left on your bank. So the game advices you to spend it all before going on a adventure because it always resets back to zero. The combat consists of you looting and killing monsters. You can equip four things, Weapon, Spell, Necklace, and a Ring. These 4 can synergized with one another. And by mean synergize, I meant like every passive is stackable. Which is very fun. What I don't like about the combat is there's no variety on the gameplay. I mean you get the spear, hammer, sword, dagger style weapons and the spells that you'll get while adventuring but that's about it. There's no quirky spell like "hit the opponent on their backs to guaranteed crit!". No unfortunately there's no spells nor weapons that work like that. But that's fine because the gameplay loop is so addicting. You die and you get this satisfying death screen where you see all the monsters you've captured and killed. And then that beautiful pop up at the end, showing you how much you've earned on this run. It's so so good. It's like playing a hack n slash Slay the Spire. 9/10✨💦Rating:This was very hard to record but I'm glad I managed to play this game and review it for you guys to enjoy. I'm giving this a strong 8/10✨
