Dollop Industries is widely known for being part of everyone’s daily life. From donuts and snacks to chocolates and sweets, their products are practically everywhere !!!! But while customers only get to see the company from their consumer perspective.... what actually happens behind the scenes?!?!
Erika had recently joined the accounting department. Being the daughter of Elise (the mega Delphox from that halloween pic, she is ackshually one of the company’s top executives!! ) certainly helped her get the position. Still, despite her connections, she remained a very shy Delphox, the kind who quietly keeps to herself!
Ironically, that only made her stand out even more... Especially to Anthony, a cheerful Lycanroc coworker who constantly tried to get her attention whenever he had the chance. One morning, he walked into the office carrying a fresh box of Dollop donuts.
"Erika! I got some donuts to share with ya!"
Honestly, it sounded like a clumsy excuse to talk to her... but to his surprise, she actually accepted, and that’s where it aaaaaaaaaaaaall started.
At first, it was harmless, a donut during lunch breaks.... another one while working overtime.... maaaaaybe a few extra snacks here and there. But as the weeks passed, Erika developed a serious addiction to the company’s food. You’d catch her eating almost everywhere: during meetings, while doing paperwork......... hell, EVEN IN THE BATHROOM.
Five months later, the results became impossible to ignore. Erika had gained over 85 pounds, her once skinny figure now replaced by a heavy belly, thicker thighs, fatter arms... Everyone in the accounting department couldn’t help but notice the dramatic change, even if nobody openly brought it up... well… almost nobody.
One afternoon, while Erika was making copies in one of the printers, Florent, a chubby Floatzel coworker, stood nearby sipping his coffee before casually speaking up.
"I... notice something different in you..."
The moment he said that, Erika froze, because she knew exactly what he meant. I meannnn.... considering Florent looked pretty huge himself, he was probably the first person in the office able to recognize the signs immediately.
