Update [v0.9.0] is Here! 🍀 (Free Release)

Hello, everyone!I am finally back! This update will only include Rachel’s storyline, since Sam’s is larger and involves main story progression, and I don’t want to rush it.

Why did this update take so long?

Since the last update, there has been an influx of bug reports and quality-of-life suggestions. Combined with some real-life issues and financial problems, this led to burnout and even some health issues. I’ve finally decided to move back to my home country, away from the big city that I currently live in. There, I have a house and a more affordable lifestyle, which will be better for my mental health as well as financially. This move will also allow me to have a separate “office” space for game development and a big yard for my dogs to play in. I plan to move at the beginning of next year.

How is game development going?

It’s going well! I’ve fixed many small issues and added several new features. I also invested in a few plugins and restructured the event system to make managing the open world easier. I’ve rewritten parts of the story, done a lot of plot planning, and designed new locations. There are plenty of exciting ideas planned for our heroes. Recently, I also returned to studying Blender. I find it much faster for creating props for my 3D scenes. It’s such a great tool!

Will there be more updates?

Yes! Starting with this update, I’ll be posting at least once a week a “Behind the Scenes” update for my Patrons, sharing details and overall progress percentages. This week I will also share behind the scenes on this Rachel's update.
