I didn't forget, just wanted to think first about where I want to put the tiny scene with the RO reacting to that plate IF you decided to have it on the table at all.

I'll go back to work on this chap tomorrow and aim to get it done. Though, if there aren't too heavy RO scenes, I might be able to return to our usual updates every 40k words without cutting off or missing any routes.
I've written both choices for the kids and parents routes, but they're incomplete. There's also another scene with Vailyn chiding MC with the cat on their(MC) lap, already half-written, but here again, it's incomplete. That's why I stopped where I stopped in this update.
The plan now is: Finish the incomplete parts, begin with a talk with Vince —> MC's phone buzzing (who is it, i wonder) —> opening gifts (I.have.no.idea. what i'm gonna put there. I'm so bad at thinking about what presents to take for my own family/friends, so that's gonna be the hard part for me since I've kind of sabotaged myself by having both MC and the RO offer something.) —> smth smth (i don't wanna spoil this, but it's the sweeter part, imo) —> timeskip with hints of certain changes —> Revelation chunk in three paths.
