Heya everyone!
The Light has cleared the darkness of the future with burning fire, and lit up six paths towards holiness; please enlighten me by picking the right one for poor Simon, lest he be burned at the stake. As always, judgment reckon when the final chapter of Lux Vult shall grace thy Patreon.
Saint Simon burning a heretical tree to lighten the mood.
1) Land of the Warlords: Having realized that violence really is the answer to all the world’s problems, Simon forms a pact with Louis and his sister Lauriane, supporting the War Party’s goals in return for their help in dealing with the fiends. As House Magnos briefly unites under the Fourth Overlord to exterminate its enemies inside and out, Simon begins to realize even his closest family members all have skeletons in their closet…
Includes: A War Party reign full of bloodshed and violence, warbeast creation, Louis & Lauriane mentorship (and true intentions), new Techniques, Anna political marriage, House Magnos taking on the rest of the world.
Unlocks: N/A.
2) Unicorn Overlord: Having seen for himself the threat of the Zodiac Fiends and found a crack in the White Unicorn, Simon approaches the one person he can trust to fight evil in all of its forms: the Paladin. After surrendering to a surprised White Unicorn, Simon must now convince the heroes of the world to ally with him against a greater threat without ending up on a Mana Sword’s tip. He better work on those Charisma checks…
Includes: White Unicorn focused reign, first look of Lore, new Techniques & Prayers, adventures with Alphonse’s party and the Adventurer, revelations about the Mana Goddess, and the sinister truth behind the divine power…
Unlocks: The Lost Gods.
3) Throne of the Night: Something goes terribly, terribly wrong in ways none could expect, and Simon escapes into the night as a beast bereft of light and filled with a vile hunger. Hiding out in a fortress as he tries to find a solution to his predicament, Simon will watch the years and decades lengthen into the night… if only those pesky peasants and their Paladin friend don’t cut his time short.

Unlocks: Prince of Thieves, Remembrance Reigns.
4) Simon the Archmage: Realizing he needs more power if he is to rule as Overlord and wipe out his enemies, Simon moves to Cocagne and approaches Remedia again with an offer of alliance. As the Overlord and the Mage resume their affair and work together to save the world from certain destruction, Simon realizes that happiness always comes at a cost…
Includes: Simon and Remedia long-term romance (with a big surprise), more spells, Libromancy unlock, Phoenix-related events, Noble Crestone potential acquisition, a good and bitter taste of the Zodiac Parade.
Unlocks: N/A.
5) The World of Ruins: Something goes terribly, terribly wrong, and Simon finds himself waking up in the far future, in a ruined land drowning in miasma and monsters. As he investigates what caused this terrible future of despair, Simon sets out to teach the locals that the real demon is there to take back his Crimson Throne.
Contains: A post-apocalyptic, demon world rip for the tearing, intel on the Zodiac Fiends and the Mana Goddess, the Mana Goddess, and the reigns, levels, and violence. Lots of violence.
Unlocks: The Lost Gods.
6) The Hoard of Gargauth: Having learned the Chest of Worlds’ location, Simon infiltrates it and discovers two things: one, Gargauth’s wealth was understated; and two, so was his paranoia. Simon must now navigate a deadly interdimensional dungeon full of traps and dangers searching for Gargauth’s Abyssal Chronicle, while a certain dragon is dead set on keeping her birthright safe from a certain thief…
Includes: A lethal dungeon dive into Gargauth’s hoard (will take more than one reign to complete), some experience, access to Gargauth’s hidden inventory of artifacts and weapons, and a certain secret…
Unlocks: Prince of Thieves, the Book of the Damned.
