I feel like week one was quite successful!
The Dark Brotherhood questline continues to take us down some weird and wonderful paths in Skyrim. I loved being able to get longer streams in, feels way more immersive playing for a full afternoon rather than just a couple of hours here and there. I still have no idea when/if we will ever finish this game though!
Halo Wars 2 is VERY COOL. They really went to town on those cutscenes huh? I was secretly hoping we might see my beloved Sgt Forge again somehow, but it doesn’t seem so :(
The most exciting day last week was definitely Saturday, when we did an all day Cursed Halo stream to raise money for Movember. I love collaborating with other creators, and Halo is just the perfect game to do so. It was such a joy to be joined by Eldeeable, PhoenixNat, WhimsyPsyche and Installation00. We always have the best time AND we raised over $6000!
Every time I host a charity stream, I always get so worried beforehand thinking I am unorganised or that I haven’t done enough this time, but every time without fail, the community pulls up and knocks it out of the park. I’m incredibly grateful and proud of everyone involved.
I took today as a bit of a life admin day. I’ve had a couple of meetings, done some Halo Wars 2 editing, I’ve reluctantly paid off a £100 car parking fine, amongst other rather boring house jobs.
Tomorrow, we’ll be on Twitch only to continue Halo Wars 2. I think we should finish the base game then do the DLCs next week.
Saturday I’m having a very early Christmas day out with three of my friends. We typically do this every year, somewhere festive for lunch then back to my house for a chilled evening in matching Christmas pyjamas.
Sunday we will have a good ol fashioned Skyrim Sunday! I’ve got Cicero’s journals to read before we go and hunt him down.

I’m defo still just kind of figuring this out as I go, but I know I’ve absolutely made the right decision going part time at work, and in the spirit of Thanksgiving, let me just say that I’m incredibly thankful for you all!
