I was taking a technical look at the poses and...
WTF is this! jesus christ, I will fix the objects and poses as quickly as possible.
About dialogue animations:
There are 4 idles that the follower uses when it stays in place, I made them, 3 similar and one different to give it a variety.
About 8 random animations that happen when the follower uses idle once, I'm testing to see how often they happen, I did most of them but some aren't even used, I'm still testing.
animations that happen when activate the dialog, I haven't started touching them yet.
There are also times when the character has his arm crossed, I have to find that animation.
Hopefully this week I'll have more time to work on this.
