Hey everyone! Just wanted to drop by and say sorry for the radio silence lately. It's been quite amonth for our contractors! We've had some appendices exploding, serial family deaths, some serious bouts of hayfever, dangerous storms ("Stay Alive!" weather warnings, iykyk), power outages, and even a few surgeries to top it off.
