🚨 MEGA FLUX IS FINALLY HERE – Installer & Tutorial Below

This is a big drop only for ⚡ Power Users. Everything you need below. 👇

I have been working on Flux for months. Way before actually launching my Patreon. So this is a big day for me and I'm excited to get this workflow into your hands. 🫡

🖥️ Step 1: Download ComfyUI Desktop (If You Haven't Already)

🧰 Step 2: Load the Mega Workflow

Download the Mega Workflow json file (bottom of this post). Use the tutorial version first, then switch to the tutorial free version when you're ready (unless you feel like deleting every single Noodletron node 😅)

• Drag and drop into ComfyUI

• It will give a popup about missing nodes

  • Click Open Manager → Install missing custom nodes → Follow the prompts

    • My nodes will remain missing, the installer will handle that

Pro Tip: If the workflow looks empty, hit period key on your numpad to frame all nodes into view

🚀 Step 3: Run the Auto Installer

Download the megaflux_installer_v1.py and Launch_MegaFlux_Installer.bat at the bottom of this post.

• Place both directly in your ComfyUI folder

  

• Double-click Launch_MegaFlux_Installer

  • Don't do fast mode unless you are doing reruns

• ✅ Let it do it's thing

💡 Heads Up

Windows Defender might freak out when you run Launch_MegaFlux_Installer. That’s normal since it's not code signed (expensive).
Just click "More info" → "Run anyway"
(You just saved me hundreds of dollars 🫡)

✅ You’re All Set

When the installer is done, your models are in place and your nodes are ready. Just open the workflow and start generating. 🫡 Post any cool images you make in the Discord image-share channel. I’d love to see what my you make with these workflows. 🙏

🤔 More about the installer

New improvements and changes since the Mega SDXL Installer:

• No .exe files — Avoids Windows Defender nuking it

• Resumes partial downloads — Interrupted? Reruns pick up where it left off.

• Smart file detection — Even if filenames are different, it knows and will skip

• Uses ComfyUI venv — No need to install Python or dependencies yourself. It’s all built-in.

• Auto RAM + VRAM detection — Picks the best T5 and UNET models for your setup (FP8, GGUF, etc).

  • Below are just some of the choices if downloading manually 👇
    (Canny, Depth, Fill, and more all follow a similar pattern.)

• No guesswork — The installer handles everything. Just run it. 🫡
