It’s done. The Garp Template is maxed out—raw fists, haki mastery, pure dominance. Now it’s time to evolve.
My original plan was Saitama. One punch, infinite power. But let’s be real… too OP, right? No tension, no struggle. It kills the grind.
So here’s my personal pick:
Issei Hyoudou – the Red Dragon Emperor from High School DxD.
Why? Because he builds on Garp instead of breaking him.
•Boost: Doubles his power every 10 seconds.
•Transfer: Transfer can even be used for contract-based immortality to extend lifespan—not just for him, but also for his harem. Yep, I thought of that too.
•Penetration: It can Penetrate any defence. Pair that with advanced haki and nothing survives.
•Dragon Shot: Think of a Haki-infused dragon blast that nukes everything in front. 🔥
•Dragon Flames: Burns the soul. Perfect against Otsutsuki who rely on immortality and karma hacks.
•Teleportation: Keeps up with Otsutsuki and their broken space hacks.
He’s strong, but not invincible. That’s the balance I want.
