I sadly didn't have time to transcribe all solos for you because I'm working on a very special lesson for next week, but I do want to share some guitar pro & PDF files with you :) These were the original songwriting files I used for the basic arrangement. Fun fact: the 7-string came very late in the studio and I originally just wanted to use a 6-string for everything!
The song wasn't heavy enough, so we traded the single notes (as you can see them in the files below) for some 7-string slapping and riffing. I also added a demo from January 2020 below, still missing a lot of tracks and overlays.
And another fun fact for the hardcore followers since 2018: you can hear an arpeggio example exercise from '10 Steps to Modern Shredding' in this song! It starts at 02:55 :) In the course, I mentioned that it's from a song called 'Ascensus' (that was the working title) and that it will come out soon... I don't know if 3 years can be considered soon but it's finally here!
