DESCRIPTION
New Polling Category:
The polling process every month is receiving a new "theme" category. Patrons can vote from three themes and the winner will be the theme shared across all three pieces. After a theme is chosen, higher tier patrons will be able to submit characters. Finally, everyone votes on what characters will be featured for that month.
Example:
Vote for a theme.
Submit a character.
Vote for characters.
Final winners.

Removing a Tier:
I'm thinking about shelving the $1 voter tier due to lack of public interest. Nobody has been really using it.
