Sims can have sensitive body parts that when rubbed or used in animations can result in faster "I'm about to explode from the nethers" increases.
Sims milking sensitive body parts will produce more containers
Sims with vibration devices on sensitive body parts will have increased "I'm about to explode from the nethers" rate (Sims without sensitive parts will have decreased rate)
Set erogenous zones via SHIFT+CLICK Sim -> DD -> Modify Erogenous Zones
