Sims have a menstrual cycle which determines the best times for conceiving babies is as well as having both positive and negative buffs throughout the cycle.
Integration with Life Improvements - Health module from the Life Improvements mod
New Tampons, a Tampon Dispenser, and Tampon Boxes (Made by Sulainey) for controlling blood flow of Sims during their menstruation phase.
Vampires may consume used tampons to fulfill their hunger.
