Flash genitals at other Sims

Sims that dislike what is being flashed will become angry or uncomfortable

Sims that dislike exhibitionism and flash another Sim will become embarrassed

Flashing different sized cocks will result in different buffs and reactions depending on how a Sim likes or dislikes the size.

Tight/Loose Anus and Tight/Loose Vagina

Sims with a tight anus will feel pain when penetrated anally from a big cock, same with a tight vagina

Sims with a loose anus will cause Sims with a Small Cock to feel some discomfort, since small cocks have issues feeling the insides of a loose orifice, same with a loose vagina.

There are both downsides and benefits to having a tight or loose anus/vagina that change gameplay in certain ways, such as lower bladder control for Sims with a loose vagina.

Anus and Vaginas can be tightened by Calling for a Surgeon on the phone and choosing the respective options under Vagina and Butt

Tight/Loose Anus/Vaginas are seeded to Sims when they spawn or age up to valid ages.

Gaping

Sims with a Non-Loose Anus/Vagina may gape if penetrated by Big Cocks multiple times in quick succession.

If a Sim is gaping and they continue to be penetrated by Big Cocks, the gaping may become permanent, loosening their orifice.
