This time’s theme is Shantae casting a powerful fire spell! 🖌☺🎨
🎨 Artistic Details
Since the theme is fire, I paid close attention to the shape and colors of the flames.
I made the flames the primary light source, aiming to let you feel the heat radiating from the magic.
To match the strength of the fire, I emphasized strong contrasts of light and shadow, and added a sense of upward airflow to enhance the heat effect.
When sketching the magical trail, I had a strong image of flowing curves, so I created swirling flames. This not only fit the dynamic, dancing motion but also gave the piece more impact.
The sheer fabric of her harem pants subtly reveals the silhouette of her leg underneath—one of my favorite details! 🖌☺🎨
I aimed for Shantae’s signature bright, cheerful, and adorable expression.
