First, the CMPR's own training data shows the PLA Rocket Force fired over 250 ballistic missiles in a single year of peacetime exercises — a figure that is flatly incompatible with the total stockpile it reports. Second, even at the CMPR's maximum estimates, China has fewer missiles and a lower reload ratio than Iran, a sanctioned economy one-fortieth China's size that just demonstrated its inventory in four live combat operations.
