I've finished the jaguar TF ! This project took a while to complete, as it features a lot of new stuff, including :
Full head TF
Realistic fur
Custom teeth
Neck added as part of the TF
UI to set the speed of the transformation (long press 2.5s to make it appear/dissapear)
As a result I'm happy to name this new version ΔFur Head 2.0.0. This will serve as a basis for my new TF projects. It is available with the following links (or also by scanning the above Snapcode through the app) :

Additionnal notes on how the UI works :
Tap once to start
Long press (1.5s) to reset
Long press (2.5s) to make the TF speed slider appear/dissappear
Use the slider to set any TF time from 3s to 1min
