I lost power yesterday and it is not likely coming back on until Friday. I was right in the midle of painting Annie playing with Miriam's fat butt!
I live in Southern California where all the fires are right now (south of Los Angeles). The fire and Santa Ana wind danger is really high. When that happens the power company often turns off the power to prevent power lines from causing more fires.
I was hours away from finishing a large painting with Annie, Miriam, and Maeven in it!

I ran a long cable from my emergency generator to my PC just to upload this update!
Sorry for the delay in art. Not much I can do about power outages here. I lost power for a few days last month, too. But with how bad the fires in LA are, I can see why cutting power is an emergency situation.
