Oh dear. I've grown out of yet another set of clothes! Why on earth does this keep happening?
The picture on the left was taken in early 2023 after I'd been ill with COVID and then immediately after had gallbladder issues, so for about 2 - 3 months I barely ate anything and lost about 40 lbs. I think I was 460. And on the right I'm a few lbs over 500 and feeling much healthier and better fed.
