... After a rambunctious night (and morning) with paid company
Chita doesn't have that many wins in life these days, so when something finally goes right, it's cause to celebrate! At her advanced age, that sometimes means it's at the expense of other, more important stuff she's supposed to be doing!
While other middle aged halflings might be enjoying book clubs and glasses of ale with friends at the pub, Chita is restarting the road to immortality and ultimate knowledge; and that, as we all know, is a slow, annoying, and tiring process. Sometimes she just needs to cut loose when the chance arises!

Realized after I finished that people usually pin their sleeves up rather than rolling them up if they don't have an arm to fill it, but oh well. Chita is just a very special little wizard lol
