Zofia/Wishlash from some time ago. Did a few of these monochromes and liked how they turned out!
Idk exactly what happened to her arm, but I imagine it's pretty gnarly since she can't fight with it anymore... Poor knight went from a 6 star legend to a super weird 5 star with a super narrow niche...
