Perhaps some people may have the impression of me not being too active this last period compared to previous ones.
Instead on directly apologizing expecting things to solve by themselves and leaving you guys in the shadows, this time I'd like to shed some light and try to explain what has been happening (to a surface level) over here so you guys can understand the reason behind my "sudden dissappareance/afk periods".
1.- A very important close one to me I hadn't seen in years is visiting me for a few days. I consider this opportunity as an irreplaceable precious time and I'm trying to cherish the most I can of it as I honestly don't know when this will occur again.
2.- Also (at the time I'm writting this) I'm currently sharing room with other individuals. Given the nature of my work it is kinda hard for me to focus as I'd normally do and indirectly affects my workflow but fortunately this is a temporary situation.
3.-I've been struggling with burnout episodes for a while. Forcing art during a burnout episode is condemned to become a bad-quality/sloppy product so, I sometimes prefer to take a few days off until I recover some of my physical, mental and creative health to a decent level.
4.-Idk if you guys have noticed but I've been "tweaking" with my art style for quite a while, trying to approach a simpler but still interesting and more efficient one in terms of producing times. This is no small task. There's lots of experimentation here and there to see what works and what doesn't for me. (from switching lineart brush to body proportions, color palettes, shape language and wondering whether to use vector and raster layers, etc)
I'd say this specific Mar-Apr period has been a weird mixture of different things. I have lots of things inside the oven right now, some of these might be unfinished projects forever while others might see the light as complete illustrations. I'll be sharing all that stuff gradually with you all when I find the appropiate time.
In the meantime I'd like to say I'm very grateful to all of you guys for all your support, kindness and patience.BTW, Rosa Rewards Pt2 and Pt3 are on their way!
Yeah, Pt2 and Pt3 completion has been slightly delayed due to the aforementioned facts but rest assured these will be fully completed and delivered to you all soon...I'm still here, alive and kicking... just "a little busier" than usual but that's all to it.
